FRAMINGHAM – For the second year, Framingham will raise the Pride Flag, and City Hall will be lit in the colors of the rainbow for June to honor LGBTQ Pride Month, said the City of Framingham in a press release.
“Raising the Pride Flag on June 1 and lighting City Hall is to recognize the enduring efforts and ongoing contributions of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer members of our community,” said the City.

Due to the pandemic this year, there will be no event to commemorate the Flag raising, unlike in 2019, when the City raised the Pride Flag over City Hall for the first time, said the City.
Framingham’s City Hall will be illuminated each week with a different color of the Pride Flag during June.
