FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested on Friday, May 1 for his second offense of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, according to police.
Alex Rakatansky, 38, of 6 Sloan Drive in Framingham was arrested on May 1 at 11:40 a.m. at his residence.
He was charged with failure to stay within marked lances, begligent operation of a motor vehicle and his second offense of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
