MARLBOROUGH – The City of Marlborough is ending the month of April with 467 positive cases of the coronavirus.
The City reported 29 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours.
That is a 6.6% increase in COVID-19 cases since yesterday.
Since the pandemic began, Marlborough has had 467 positive cases of the virus.
The City of Marlborough is reporting 10 COVID-19 fatalities.

The good news is that 233 individuals in the City have recovered from the virus.
On the last day of April 2020, Massachusetts Department of Public Health is reporting a total of 1,940 positive cases since the pandemic began.
Since 2020, the state has had 62,205 confirmed positive cases of the coronavirus.
The state is reporting a 3.2% increase in coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.
Since the pandemic began, the Commonwealth is now reporting 3,563 deaths.
The Commonwealth reported 157 new deaths in the last 24 hours.

As of today at 4 p.m., the state has tested 275,647 individuals.

Last week, the number of COVID-19 cases hospitalized was at 9%.
A good sign it has been at 6% today & yesterday, with about 1,000 individuals in ICUs in hospitals.
Middlesex County has the most positive cases at 14,208. In comparison Berkshire County has just 442 cases.
Framingham has the most cases in MetroWest at more than 700 positive cases. The City has not released numbers for today.
The United States now has the post confirmed cases worldwide 1.054 million cases as of 4 p.m. April 30.
Worldwide, there are more than 3.255 million confirmed cases.

The Centers for Disease Control is reporting 60,057 deaths as of noon today, April 30, with 2,552 reported in the last 24 hours.
The U.S. is leading the world in COVID-19 deaths, with more than 18,000 deaths in New York.
