FRAMINGHAM – Last week, the Framingham High School National Honor Society launched a “Build a Heart Challenge,” explained President Fiana Herscovici

She explained that students were asked to:

  • Make a heart out of paper, or draw one in chalk on a driveway, either your own or your neighbor’s, just make sure you have permission.
  • In the center of the heart, write a positive message and/or words of thanks to essential workers.
  • If you are making a heart out of paper, find a telephone pole or tape the heart to your front door. We suggest putting your heart in a sheet protector if you are putting it outdoors.
  • Take a picture of your heart and send it to us, either through Instagram DM @flyersnhs, or submit it as an attached file in the Build a Heart assignment on Canvas.

“Our members took up this challenge beautifully, submitting hearts that depict positive messages and/or express gratitude to essential workers,” Herscovici.
