How long in Business: 21 years

What are you doing differently since the COVID-19 pandemic began? We are an essential business so we are open. We are eliminating late and lien fees during the crisis as well as cancelling auctions. We will work with tenants who have lost their job and are having difficulty paying rent. We are also taking extra care to clean all touchable surfaces and we use face masks and gloves as appropriate.

Tell SOURCE readers something unique about your business: We are owned and operated by a native-born Ashlander Mike Kane.

How does 126 Self-Storage contribute to the fabric of your community? We believe in giving generously to Ashland school groups and Ashland needs-based organizations.

How can MetroWest residents Help Your Business? Try to support local Mom & Pop businesses as much as possible. This keeps the revenue local as opposed to sending it out of Ashland or out of State.

For someone unfamiliar with your business, what one item/service from your business would you recommend? Regain use of your garage for your car or basement for your children. Rent a storage unit.
