NATICK – The CEO of Mary Ann Morse Healthcare announced 17 residents have died due to COVID 19 and complications from COVID-19, since the pandemic began.
“To date, Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center has had 17 of our residents
succumb to this virus,’ said CEO Lisa Kubiak to families in an email today, April 21.
“We ask that you please keep the families of those we have lost in your thoughts and prayers. I would like to personally thank all the dedicated staff at Mary Ann Morse Healthcare, Mary Ann Morse at Heritage, and
Mary Ann Morse Home Care. The compassion and care provided to our residents under these extreme circumstances is what makes them all truly special people,” wrote the CEO to families.
It is unclear if all 17 died at the Natick location, or if some of the deaths are from Mary Ann Morse at Heritage in Framingham.
“There has been no change in the number of residents or staff that have tested positive at all locations. Each day forward brings us closer to the light at the end of the tunnel. Together we shall persevere through our toughest days,’ wrote the CEO to families.
The National Guard was at both facilities testing patients & staff this month.
