Ashland Sees 14% COVID-19 Cases Over the Weekend
ASHLAND – The Town of Ashland is reporting 10 more cases of the coronavirus since April 17.
As of Monday, April 20, the Town of Ashland has 78 positive cases.
That is a 14% increase in cases over. the weekend.
The good news is that 38 individuals, or roughly 50% have recovered.
Neighboring Framingham has more than 354 cases, the most in MetroWest.
The Governor said the surge in cases could come between April 10 and today, April 20.
The United States now has the post confirmed cases worldwide at 766 664, as April 20 at 2:30 p.m.
Worldwide, there are more than 2.45 million confirmed cases.
The CDC is reporting 39,083 deaths as of noon on April 20.
The U.S. is leading the world in COVID-19 deaths.
Of the 39,000 deaths in the United States, 14,000 are from New York.
There is no tested vaccine for COVID-19 in the United States.
