FRAMINGHAM – Police were called to Second Street after residents reported a Framingham man was trying to break down the door at 3:40 a.m. on Sunday, March 22.

Police found heavy damage to the front door, with pieces of glass everywhere at 115 Second Street when they arrived.

They found a man hiding under a parked car, according to Lt. Patricia Grigas.

Police had to drag the man from under the vehicle. There was a smell of alcohol on the man. The man yelled at police and spit in the police officers’ face, according to the report.

Police arrested at Mauricio Santos, 39, of 17A Aaron Street in Framingham.

He was charged with malicious destruction of property more than $1,200, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, and assault and battering on a police officer.
