FRAMINGHAM – Police officers arrested a Framingham Man Friday night, March 20, on multiple charges, after an incident that started on Grant Street.

Police arrested was Derek Duffy, 41, listed as homeless in Framingham.

He was arrested on charges of negligent operation, operating a motor vehicle after license revoked, leaving the scene of a crash with person injury, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage (two counts), resisting arrested, failure to stop for police, assault and battery on a police officer with a dangerous weapon.

Duffy also has an outstanding warrant for assault and battery on an individual age 60+/disabled.

The vehicle he was driving when arrested was not registered to Duffy.
