1  Cancelled events:

  • The MMCA was to have its annual spring dinner at Ken’s Steakhouse tonight, with Framingham COO Thatcher Kezer III speaking. It has been cancelled.

2.  Framingham Business Association has a meeting today at noon at LaCantina. Building Inspector Michael Tusino is the guest speaker.

3. CITY of FRAMINGHAM meetings:

  • Framingham Board of Assessors has a meeting at 5:15 p.m. at City Hall
  • Framingham Historical Commission will meet at 7 p.m. in the Ablondi room at the Memorial Building
  • Framingham Zoning Board of Appeals will meet tonight in the Blumer room at the Memorial Building at 7 p.m.
  • Framingham Parks & Recreation will meet at 7 p.m. at 475 Union Avenue.

 4. According to Mayor’s public schedule, Mayor Yvonne Spicer will participate in the Middlesex Partnership for Youth Conference in Melrose this morning from 9 to 11:30 a.m.

In May, the Framingham Makerspace and the Framingham Public Library are teaming up to create a community art project. The two organizations are installing a yard flower art project at the Arlington Street Park during ArtWeekMA in May.

You can help by creating crochet flowers. There is a workshop today.
