FRAMINGHAM – Middlesex County grand jury has indicted a Framingham man for failure to register as a sex offender.
Luis Velez, 41, of Framingham, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, subsequence offense.
The Assistant District Attorney prosecuting the case is Yashmeen Desai.
Velez is homeless and does not have a physical address.

He was convicted for failing to register as a sex offender in 2013. He has been arrested multiple times since that conviction.
Velez is a Level 3 sex offender
He was convicted in 1999 on two charges of indecent assault and battery on a person older than 14.
