FRAMINGHAM – Police officers arrested two homeless individuals at 7 Bishop Street on drug charges yesterday, February 18.

The police log said the two were arrested at “SMOC office” at 7 Bishop Street at 11:45 a.m.

Arrested were David Hargrett, 32, listed with no address, and Kristie-Lynn Cournoyer, 42, listed with no address.

Both were charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Commonwealth of Massachusetts classifies Class B drugs as “Cocaine, Ecstasy, Amphetamines (“Speed,”) LSD, PCP, Methamphetamines (“Meth,”) and prescription drugs such as Oxycodone (Percocet).”
