“Valued fans, we regret to announce that The Melting Pot of Framingham has closed for business indefinitely as of Tuesday, February 18. This closure was a business decision based on the economics associated with this franchise location,” posted the establishment on its social media page.

The restaurant has been on Route 9 for 13 years.

While there are no confirmed plans to re-open this location, The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc., has a strong interest to return to the Framingham area in the future. In the meantime, we invite you to continue to enjoy fondue at the nearest Melting Pot location in Bedford/Burlington,” posted the restaurant on social media.

The Melting Pot has more than 100 locations in the United States. Framingham was the only one that closed this week.
