FRAMINGHAM – For the second day in a row, parts of Fuller Middle School are without power. The school has had to use its generator on Monday and Tuesday.

“Fuller Middle School is running on back-up / generator power and although there is no interruption of service, we will need to cancel all after school events, activities, and programs again today, Tuesday, January 14, 2020,” said an email to parents.

“In replacing the faulty transformer that caused issue yesterday, the crew discovered that a second transformer would also need to be replaced at Fuller Middle School,” said an email to parents today, January 14.

I”n order to complete the necessary repairs, power to the school building will need to be turned off at 3:00pm today,” wrote the email to parents. “We expect repairs to be completed over night and that we will be ready for a full day tomorrow. We appreciate your patience as we rectify the issue.”

A new Fuller Middle School is being constructed next to the current Fuller Middle School.
