Mass Cannabis Control Commissioner Approves Provisional Licenses For 2 Framingham Stores

FRAMINGHAM – The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission approved provisional licenses for two Framingham retailers on Thursday, January 9.

Approved for a retailer marijuana license were Cultivate on Route 9 and Temescal Wellness on Route 30.

Both signed host agreements with the City of Framingham in 2019.

Both stores have passed required background checks, and now await inspections from the state to receive their final license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The state should issue the final license in about 8-10 weeks.

Temescal Wellness, located at 665 Cochituate Road, is currently open for medical patients only at the moment.

The proposed retail operation is Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

Cultivate, located at 250 Worcester Road, is proposed to be open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sundays through Saturdays.
