1 The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will hold a public hearing on a proposed traffic light to be installed at Edgell Road and Central Street tonight at Historic Village Hall at 2 Oak Street at 6:30 p.m. This is a state project.

2 Framingham Baseball is holding its 16th annual toys for tots drive tonight at the Framingham Elks Lodge on Union Avenue from 6 to 9. Please bring a new toy for a boy or girl.

3.  Hoops and Homework is holding its annual holiday gala, with an auction and casino night at Braza Grill Union House tonight.

4.  City of Framingham meetings:

  • Framingham Planning Board in the Ablondi room at 7 p.m. at the Memorial Building
  • Framingham Community Development Committee in the Blumer room at the Memorial Building at 7 p.m.
  • Framingham Community Preservation Act Study Group meeting tonight at 7 in City Hall.

5. According to the Mayor’s public schedule,  Mayor Yvonne Spicer attend the Hoops & Homework Gala tonight.

The Mayor is also scheduled to attend the domestic violence forum & vigil at Framingham State University, according to a press release, but it is not on her public schedule.
