Archdiocese to Sell Former Marian High Property

FRAMINGHAM – Metrowest Commercial Real Estate announces that the Archdiocese of Boston has made the decision to change the status of the Marian High School property from “lease-only” to “for-sale.”

In making the announcement, Cheryl Tully Stoll, agency marketing director and lead broker for the property said, “There has been a great deal of interest in the campus, but the inability to own it outright, stopped most of the interested parties from pursuing the property. Instead of setting a
price, the Arch Dioceses has asked that we solicit Request for Proposals (RFP) for the property.”

Marlene Aron, Co-Listing Broker, added, “Redevelopment or demolition of the 115,000 SF closed school are both possibilities. The building is situated on 3.2 waterfront acres. It has four levels of classrooms & offices all with large size windows, an 850 seat auditorium, a full-sized gymnasium, a
big cafeteria and a commercial kitchen. Proposed projects could include condominium conversion, another school, or medical use to name a few possibilities.”

The deadline for all proposals to be submitted is 4 p.m. on Thursday December 19, 2019.

Requests for Proposal package can be obtained by emailing or by calling Aron at
