Police Arrest Framingham Man on Multiple Drug Charges at Gas Station

FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man on multiple drug charges last night, October 16.

Police were called to the Framingham Shell on Concord Street last night for a report of a man sleeping behind the wheel of his vehicle at 846 Concord Street.

Police searched the vehicle and the man, and found white powder and pills in the car, and on the individual, according to police.

Arrested at 11:33 p.m. was Karl Kuryla, 41, of 25 Richardson Circle, apartment #1, of Framingham.

He was charged with two counts of possession of a Class B drug and a charge of drug toxic/vapor/inhale.

The man was inhaling fumes from the gas tank using a hose, explained Lt. Patricia Grigas.

Kuryla was scheduled to be arraigned in Framingham District Court today.
