High School Students Can Earn Community Service Credit Volunteering at Ashland Library

ASHLAND – Students in grades 9 – 12 can earn community service credit by volunteering at the Library.

The Ashland Library is looking for teens who will commit to coming in one day every week to help shelve books for 1 or 2 hours.

If you are interested in volunteering at the Library you will need to attend one training session, complete a volunteer application and take a short shelving quiz.

Three training sessions are offered each month and you earn one hour of community service for attending.

The next training session is Thursday, October 10 at the library from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
