PHOTO OF THE DAY: The Tale of Too Many Toys

FRAMINGHAM – City of Framingham Deputy Police Chief Ron Brandolini read the book Too Many Toys to second-grade students at McCarthy Elementary School today, September 27.

He was one of four Framingham Police Officers who read to students at McCarthy Elementary School this morning. Others were Deputy Police Chief Victor Pereira, Lt. Harry Wareham, and Detective Jay Ball.

Teacher Nancy Golden worked with Framingham Deputy Chief Lester Baker to create the special cops reading to students program at McCarthy Elementary.

The program started in January. This was the first reading to students by police officers this school year.
