TJX Purchases Office Building For $120 Million

FRAMINGHAM – TJX Corp, with its world-wide headquarters in Framingham, has purchased an office building on Cochituate Road for $120 million.

TJX purchased 550 Cochituate Road, a 450,000 square foot building, near its headquarters on the Framingham-Natick line, from Westwood-based Meditech, a healthcare software company.

Meditech and Definitive Healthcare are current tenants in the property.

The sale was first reported by commercial real estate publication Bisnow.

TJX Corp is owner T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra Trading Post, and HomeGoods, has more than 17,000 employees
