PHOTOS: Framingham Holds Ribbon Cutting For Indian Head Water Tanks

FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham Public Works held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Indian Head Water Storage Tank Replacement Project yesterday, September 19

The Indian Head Water Storage Tanks provide water supply and fire protection to 40 percent of the city.

Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer, City Council Chair Dennis Giombetti, and Deputy Director of Public Works Blake Lukis spoke before cutting a ribbon and unveiling two new water storage tanks.

“We would like to thank the entire neighborhood for their patience and cooperation throughout the construction of this project,” said Lukis.

District 4 City Councilor Mike Cannon and District 5 School Committee member Noval Alexander also attended the event.
