Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Scheduled for Indian Head Water Storage Tank Replacement Project

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Public Works will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Indian Head Water Storage Tank Replacement Project at 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, at 20 Indian Head Heights.

The Indian Head Water Storage Tanks provide water supply and fire protection to 40 percent of the city.

Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer, City Council Chair Dennis Giombetti, and Deputy Director of Public Works Blake Lukis will speak before cutting a ribbon and unveiling two new water storage tanks.

“We would like to thank the entire neighborhood for their patience and cooperation throughout the construction of this project,” said Lukis.
