Framingham Police Arrest 2 Individuals, After Driver, Doesn’t Stop For Pedestrian In Crosswalk

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested two individuals yesterday, September 4, after a driver didn’t stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk on Route 126, according to Framingham Police Lt Jorge Ruiz.

Police officers pulled over Paul Vancelette, 30, of 17 Whitmarsh Avenue of Worcester at 4:26 p.m. at the intersection of Concord and Mansfield Street.


It was discovered Vancelette was operating the vehicle without a driver’s license.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle after license revoked and a crosswalk violation.

His passenger Samantha LeBlanc, 27, of 14 Orne Street in Worcester, was also arrested at the intersection. There was an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Charges were not listed in the public police log.
