5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: Tuesday, August 27, 2019

1 Today is Framingham High freshmen orientation. There are 686 incoming freshmen.

Framingham Public School students in grades 1-12 have their first day of school on Wednesday, August 28.

2. Last night, the state conducted aerial spraying.

Tonight, more mosquito spraying is scheduled for neighborhoods in Framingham. This time by the East Middlesex Mosquito Control Project.

3. The Callahan Center will host The Legendary Judy Garland at 6 p.m. The event is free.

4. According to the Mayor’s public schedule, Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer will meet the public tonight from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Ablondi room in the Memorial Building.
