According to the Mayor’s public schedule, Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer will attend the MWRA Advisory Board’s annual field trip at Deer Island in Boston from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This year’s focus is on the CSO program and its improvement projects, along with an overview of progress made as a result of the Boston Harbor Case.
