Framingham Man Arrested After Stealing Truck From Ex-Girlfriend

FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested by police after he stole a van on Winthrop Street on Tuesday afternoon.

A woman reported a roofing van, with ladders and tools, stolen at 1:56 p.m. on August 20 to Police, said Lt. Patricia Grigas.

About an hour later at 2:47 p.m. Police arrested Eduar Valle, 33, of 15 Highland Street in Framingham at 68 Winthrop Street.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no driver’s license, larceny over $1,200 (van), using a vehicle with no authority, and operating a motor vehicle with no registration.

He is scheduled to be arraigned in Framingham District Court on Wednesday.
