FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Department of Public Works Director Peter Sellers and his team will be the featured speakers at the next Coburnville-Tripoli Neighborhood Association meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 19 at 7 p.m. at Braza Grill Union House on Route 135. All from the neighborhood are invited to attend to hear about upcoming road, water, sewer and other DPW projects scheduled for 2019 and 2020.
The Department of Public Works will also talk about water quality at Lake Waushakum and stormwater management with the neighborhood.
Also on the agenda is a joint beach party with scheduled for Saturday, August 24 for the Coburnville-Tripoli Neighborhood Association and the Lake Waushakum Association, comprised of Ashland & Framingham residents.
Another item on the agenda is a proposal by Mario Alvarez to create a neighborhood association committee to help senior citizens in the neighborhood with small repairs and homeowner upkeep issues.
