FRAMINGHAM – The former headquarters for Avery Dennison in Framingham has been sold to VTT Management.
VTT Management closed the deal on Tuesday, August 13 for $4.7 million.
The seller was Yaro Enterprises of Rochester, New York. Yaro purchased the building in 2018 for $4.15 million.
The 101,900-square-foot building was built in 1990. It was the former headquarters of Avery Dennison, who left Framingham for Westborough.
The building is listed as office space. But property listing also states the building could be converted into apartments.
The One Clarks Hill property has just one tenant now – the U.S. Social Security.
VTT Management is based in Framingham and owned by CEO Vaios Theodorakos. VTT Management specializes “in the acquisition, revitalization and management of undervalued and distressed real estate.”
VTT Management recently renovated a building in downtown Framingham for apartment and the building is completely leased.
