FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested at Whitinsville man on Beaver Terrace Circle Wednesday night on warrants out of four different communities, and on a robbery charge out of Framingham.
Arrested was Nathan Picard, 33, of 260 Carpenter Road in Whitinsville.
He was arrested on warrants out of Ashland, Marlborough, Milford, and Uxbridge, said Framingham Police Lt. Patricia Grigas.
According to court records, Picard was wanted in Framingham for a theft at the Seasons Market, at the corner of Route 30 and Route 126 on July 28.
The store clerk said the Picard stole about 8 $30 lottery tickets.
Police were able to identify the man due to his unique facial tattoos.
Picard was charged with larceny of property worth less than $1,200 and malicious destruction of property worth less than $1,200.
He was arraigned in Framingham District Court on Thursday.
The Middlesex District Attorney’s office prosecutors did not request bail. Judge Matthew McGrath released Picard.
