Norfolk Kitchen & Bath Purchases Framingham Beauty School For $1.525 Million

FRAMINGHAM – Norfolk Kitchen & Bath purchased the Empire Beauty School property on Route 9 for $1.525 million on Monday.

The Empire Beauty School closed as of August 2, according to a recorded message. The school also operates locations in Boston and Malden.

624 Worcester Road LLC purchased the property on August 5, according to records.

The owners of Norfolk Kitchen & Bath are Stewart and Ben Rosen.

The 85-year-old business has showrooms in Boston, Braintree and three in New Hampshire – Salem, Nashua, and Manchester.

The property was listed for sale at $1.65 million.

The 10,5000 square foot property is located on Route 9 East, next to a property that has been licensed by the city of Framingham for a marijuana retailer, and across the street from Whole Foods and a busy retail plaza.
