Tom Brady Puts Brookline Home on Market – $39.5 Million

BROOKLINE – New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is selling his Brookline home for $39.5 million, according to Realtors.

Gisele Bündchen and Brady, 42, put the home on the market this morning, August 6, according to a listing that went out to Realtors.

But Brady just agreed to a two-year contract extension with the Patriots.

The custom-built home features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms with two half baths, five fireplaces, a 3-car garage, a wine room, a spa, a detached guest house with a yoga studio, and a pool.
