MetroWest Drug Task Force Arrests Roxbury Man on Cocaine and Fentanyl Charges

FRAMINGHAM – The MetroWest Drug Task Force arrested a Roxbury man and charged him with cocaine and fentanyl distribution charges.

Framingham and Natick officers, who are part of the Task Force, arrested Daniel Guerrero-Disla, 28, of Roxbury on Route 9 on Tuesday, July 30 at 6:47 p.m. He was charged with distribution of fentanyl, possession of fentanyl with the intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute.

The Task Force observed Guerrero-Disla making a hand-to-hand deal of drugs in Natick, and then followed him into Framingham, where he was pulled over, according to court records.

He had cocaine and fentanyl in his vehicle, according to police records.

He was arraigned in Framingham District Court on Wednesday, July 31. He was released without bail.
