FRAMINGHAM – On Thursday, July 11, the first in a series of concerts was held in the courtyard outside the Christa McAuliffe library branch in Framingham.

The initial concert featured the David Eure Jazz Trio, featuring Dave on the Violin, Jonathan Singleton on keyboards, and Daniel Day on bass.

Amy Sadkin, the Community Service Director of the Framingham Libraries, commented, “They’re a great band, and it’s going to be a great series. We’re looking forward to the rest.”

The concerts will be held every two weeks on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.

The upcoming concerts include the Joe Raia Band on July 25, the James Merenda Trio on August 8th, and the Diana Mascari Quartet on August 22.

The events will be at the McAuliffe branch of the Framingham library, 746 Water Street, rain or shine.
