Framingham Police Arrest Worcester Man After Fleeing From Sunday Crash

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Worcester man Sunday, July 21, after he crashed a vehicle, and fled the scene. The man also did not have a driver’s license.

Police were called to the corner of Caldor Road and Route 9 at 4:14 p.m. for a crash.

The Worcester man was driving a vehicle when he went to avoid another vehicle, and drove over an island, and struck a car, explained Lt. Patricia Grigas.

When police arrived, they were told the driver of the vehicle took off on foot towards Shoppers World.

“He was found about a quarter-mile from the crash scene,” said Lt. Grigas.

Framingham Police, at 4:40 p.m., arrested Donald M. Taylor, 24, of 46 Oak Avenue of Worcester.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, leaving the scene of a crash with personal injury, motor vehicle one-way violation, failure to stay within marked lanes, and disorderly conduct.
