FRAMINGHAM – Meet Able, Noval Alexander’s trusty zero carbon-emitting vehicle.
Alexander, a current School Committee member and a candidate for District 5 Framingham City Councilor, is committed to traveling around District 5 on his bicycle.
“As a leader in the community, I want to continue to encourage people to think globally but act locally. In an honest attempt to reduce my campaign’s carbon footprint, I’m striving to campaign at least 75% on foot or bike. My mode maybe slower and more time consuming but at least I know I’m making every effort to do MY part,” said Alexander.
Since launching his campaign in May, Alexander is proud to say that since mid-May he has only logged 6.8 miles in his car doing campaign-related work compared to at least 40 miles on “Able”.
Please look for Noval and Able in and around District 5!
More importantly, for motorists please exercise caution for other cyclists, motorcycles, and pedestrians.
