Framingham Police Arrest 2 on Drug Distribution Charge, After Neighborhood Complaint

FRAMINGHAM – Monday night, more than 50 people attended a meeting of the Coburnville-Tripoli Neighborhood Association.

Residents complained to Framingham Police about two recent drive-by shootings, drug dealings, speeding, and other issues in the neighborhoods.

Framingham Deputy Police Chief Lester Baker told the residents to report issues to Framingham Police.

One resident complained specifically to the police officers in attendance Monday night, about drug deals on her street.

Tuesday night, July 16, two Framingham Police officers began an investigation just after 5:15 p.m. on her street.

At 6 p.m., the two officers arrested two individuals on marijuana drug charges.

Police arrested at 17 Cypress Street Mario M. Costa, 24, of 50 Linda Avenue. He was charged with distribution of a Class D drug, according to the public police log.

Police also arrested Terrence McClean, 21, of 68 Irving Street in Bellingham. He was charged with distribution of a Class D drug, according to the public police log.
