1 The Framingham Farmers’ Market opens for the season today at the Framingham Centre Common from noon to 5:30 p.m.

3. City of Framingham will hold a blood drive for MetroWest Medical Center today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Blumer community room in the Memorial Building.

4. According to the Mayor’s public schedule, Mayor Yvonne spicer was scheduled to attend the Framingham Housing Authority’s block party today but it has been rescheduled. She is expected to attend a meeting tonight on the Mary Dennison playground proposal.
