St. Andrew’s Episcopal and Lutheran Church of Framingham Holding Diaper Drive on June 22

The following is a press release submitted to SOURCE.

***

FRAMINGHAM – On Saturday, June 22, from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church and the Lutheran Church of Framingham, partners in mission and ministry, will hold a diaper collection at Stop & Shop on Old Connecticut Path in Framingham.

All diapers and diaper wipes collected will be donated to The Diaper Project at A Place to Turn (99 Hartford St., Natick).

Diapers and diaper wipes are not covered by SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), or by any other federal or state programs.

This collection provides diapers to families in our MetroWest community who are in financial distress.

Customers may purchase diapers and diaper wipes at Stop & Shop and donate them to St. Andrew’s and Lutheran Church of Framingham members, who will be at both store entrances.

If members of the community have opened and/or unopened diaper packages at home that are no longer needed, they may bring them to Stop & Shop on Saturday morning, June 22, for collection for The Diaper Project.

St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church and The Lutheran Church of Framingham are co-located at 3 Maple Street in Framingham
