MetroWest Medical Center Leaders Guess Types of Cereal Blindfolded

FRAMINGHAM – MetroWest Medical Center is currently collecting cereal for its annual Healthy Over Hungry Cereal Drive. The last day to donate cereal is Friday, June 14.

This morning, June 11, hospital leaders and the editor of the Framingham Source decided to have a little fun at the Framingham Union Hospital Campus by playing a game guessing cereal blindfolded.

Participants were given a blindfold and a bowl of unknown cereal. They had to use their taste buds to figure out the flavor ofcereal they were given.

Cereal tasted included Fruits Loops, Apple Jacks, Rice Krispies, Frosted Flakes, Cheerios, etc.

Everyone guessed correctly, so of course, prizes were awarded. Everyone received a color-changing spoon.

MetroWest Medical Center will be collecting cereal from employees and the public all this week.

All cereal collected will go back into the local community.

If you are interested in donating, you can drop off cereal to either the Framingham Union Hospital or the Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick through Friday in the lobby.

You can also donate online by visiting aplacetoturn-natick.org or ueotc.org.
