FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham League of Women Voters is hosting their next Informed Framingham forum on the Opioid Epidemic and the Court System on Wednesday, June 5.
The event will be held at 7 p.m. in the Costin Room, Framingham Public Main Library, 49 Lexington Street.
Featured speakers are:
- A representative from the Office of Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan
- Honorable Judge Robert Ziemian, President of the NEADCP (New England Association of Drug Court Professionals)
- Roberta Leis, Executive Director of the NEADCP, who is also a Framingham League of Women Voters member
The Framingham League of Women Voters was re-established in June of 2017.
As a nonpartisan grassroots organization, we encourage the informed and active participation of citizens in government, work to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influence public policy through education and advocacy.
