VIDEO: Superintendent Performs National Anthem on Memorial Day

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Superintendent of Schools Bob Tremblay posted a video this morning, Memorial Day, with him playing the national anthem on a trumpet.

The Superintendent plays several musical instruments and played the trumpet for the high school’s musical Chicago last year.

He also marched in the flag day parade with the Framingham High School marching band, playing his trumpet (lead photo).

Watch his performance of the Star Spangled Banner below.

As part of today’s remembrance of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom, I wanted to make a small contribution by playing our National Anthem to start the day.
