FRAMINGHAM – A Middlesex County grand jury indicted a Framingham man on a charge of oeprating a motor vehicle while under the influence. It was his sixth arrest for an OUI.
Indicted was Scott Boudrot, 56, of 3 Wayside Circle in Framingham.
He was indicted on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, 6th offense, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and operating a motor vehicle to endanger.
He was arrested by Framingham Police in July 2018.
In November, he pleaded guilty to more than 30 charges stemming from eight arrests in Framingham and Natick in 2018.
He was sentenced to 18 months in jail. he received credit at that time for the 180 days he had been serving since an arrest in July.
The Middlesex County Assistant District Attorney prosecuting the case is Yashmeen Desai.
