UPDATED: Leominster Man Arraigned on Manslaughter In Death of Framingham Woman, 35

LEOMINSTER – A Leominster man was arraigned on a manslaughter charge in connection with a 2018 crash that claimed the life of a Framingham woman, 35, who was a passenger in the man’s car.

Gregory McNally, 35, of Leominster was charged with manslaughter and arraigned today, May 13, in court.

Emilia Ortiz, 35, of Framingham, died July 22, 2018, when the 2014 Nissan Rogue McNally was driving crashed into trees along Johnny Appleseed Lane in Leominster.

McNally was ordered held on $50,000 bail today by the Worcester County, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr.’s office.

If he posts bail, he will be confined to his home with GPS monitoring, have no contact with the victim’s friends or family, remain drug and alcohol-free with testing, and undergo a mental health evaluation.
