Framingham Mayor To Host Community Conversation on Arts & Creative Economy



FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer will hosts a community conversation on Framingham’s local arts community and ways to expand opportunities for our creative economy in May.

“Together we will learn why the arts community is valuable to Framingham while exploring ideas and opportunities for improvement,” states the media release.

Panelists include:

  • Che Anderson – POW! WOW! Worcester 
  • Jill Bennett, director for Amazing Things Art Center in downtown Framingham
  • Donna Wresinski, the K-12 fine and performing arts coordinator for the Framingham Public Schools

All residents are invited to attend the free event on May 29 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Nevins Hall in the Memorial Building (City Hall).

Spanish and Portuguese translation services will be available.

Parking will be available in the City Hall lot and at the Old Danforth Museum site located at 121 Union Avenue.
