FRAMINGHAM – Rep. Jack Patrick Lewis is hosting a Trivia Night fundraiser
this Saturday, May 4 at the Framingham Elks.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and trivia begins at 6 p.m.
“I am trying something a little different as far as political fundraisers go,” Lewis noted. “I look forward to a fun evening of group trivia with the local community.”
Teams of up to nine people will compete in seven rounds of general trivia, with topics including sports, literature, history, and geography.
Participants are invited to form their own teams or be assigned to a team on Saturday.
In addition to raising money for his re-election campaign, Lewis is collecting donations for Dignity Matters at the event.
Participants who bring a donation for the organization will receive an added advantage during the game.
“Dignity Matters is a non-profit organization that provides feminine hygiene products and undergarments to women and girls who are homeless or otherwise in need,” Lewis said. “This support helps them stay healthy, regain self-confidence, and live with basic dignity, and I hope many will bring a donation for the group.”
