Beat The Press Panelist Kennedy To Discuss Journalism at Framingham Library Thursday

FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Library’s last lifelong learning lecture series will bring WGBH’s Dan Kennedy to Framingham on Thursday, April 25.

Kennedy a panelist on WGBH’s Beat the Press and a professor of journalism at Northeastern University will present – Can a New Breed of Media Moguls Save Newspapers? at 7 p.m.

This series is sponsored by the library and Framingham State University.

The one-hour lecture is free.

Costin room doors open at 6.30 p.m. at the main Framingham Library at 49 Lexington Street.

Kennedy is a nationally-known media commentator, who teaches news reporting, opinion writing, media ethics and other journalism courses, with an emphasis on how technology is changing the business of news.
