SLIDESHOW: April Showers Don’t Damper Easter Egg Hunt

FRAMINGHAM – The April showers on Saturday did not damper the fun for the boys and girls who participated in the Framingham Parks & Recreation’s 8th annual egg hunt at Cushing Memorial Park.

More than 260 youths were registered for the event – the most youths ever registered.

Before the egg hunt, boys and girls could do crafts, participated in toss games, and have their photo taken with the bunny.

During the egg hunt, boys and girls searched for six special “golden” eggs. Those who found the golden eggs received a stuffed bunny.

Every child registered received a goody bag.

Aferwards, there was a hula hoop contest, a limbo contest, more crafts & games, and more photos with the bunny.
