Police: 2 Men Break Into Framingham Apartment, Rape Woman

FRAMINGHAM – Two men broke into a home and raped a woman, over the weekend, according to Framingham Police.

Framingham Police arrested one of the two men over the weekend, but one suspect is still wanted.

Police arrested Axel Ramos-Diaz, 20, of 10 Bridges Street on Sunday, after questing him at the police station, according to the police log. He was charged with rape and unarmed burglary with assault.

The two men broke in through a window in her apartment over the weekend, according to the victim’s statement to Police.

The woman told police she knew one of the men from childhood, but the other was a stranger.

The woman’s child, 5, was in the apartment, when the men sexually assaulted her.

Framingham District Court Judge Matthew McGrath held Ramos-Diaz without bail during his arraignment on Monday.

No other information was available at the court house or through police.
