FRAMINGHAM – City of Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer is expected to be at the Massachusetts State House Friday, March 22 to testify in support of education finance reform.
Boston Mayor Marty Walsh will also be testifying, along with a group of mayors from across the Commonwealth.
Governor Charlie Baker is also expected to provide testimony today.
Walsh and Spicer and the other mayors will offer testimony before the Joint Committee on Education at the Massachusetts State House in support of comprehensive education finance reform between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Mayor Walsh is expected to speak first.
Other Mayors scheduled to speaker include Easthampton Mayor Nicole LaChapelle and Lawrence Mayor Daniel Rivera, along with several others.
